Welcome to Cloud Cove! We provide web hosting services, including WordPress and VPS hosting. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Use of Services

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have the permission and supervision of a responsible guardian.

b. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

c. Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the services in a way that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

3. Payment and Renewal

a. General Terms: By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Cloud Cove the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated.

b. Automatic Renewal: Unless you notify Cloud Cove before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a service, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.

4. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team through the provided contact methods.

5. Rights to Content

a. Your Content: You retain all rights and ownership of your content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

b. Our Rights: We may remove any content or suspend your account at our sole discretion if your content violates our accepted use or infringes any intellectual property rights.

6. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and share your data.

7. Modifications to Services and Prices

Prices for our services are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Cloud Cove site or the service itself.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is”. Cloud Cove and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Cloud Cove, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

10. General Representation and Warranty

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Services will be in strict accordance with the Cloud Cove Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloud Cove, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

12. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
